  • Down the block, the development offers up a landscaped pedestrian mews dotted with residential stoops that will eventually connect with the park

  • The massing is constructed of discrete volumes to lend visual interest at the street
  • 14,000 square feet of open communal space that consists of freestanding pavilion with an event kitchen and a grill at the center

  • Amenities for residents (laundry, fitness center, and a lounge) are connected to the courtyard
